There's no translation but the jist of it is Fam is pissed off because of "that captain woman" and their situation on the Silvius now. Giselle is like YOU DON'T THINK THIS IS ALL DIO'S MASTER TROLLING PLAN DO YOU??? and Fam is like DIO A SPY FOR THE SILVIUS??

As Dio passes by being. Dio. As you can hear. No translation needed for Dio's part.

Once all of the BDs are out I'm gonna make a compilation of them like I did for the first series and hope that someone will translate them. :x Of course there are two with Dian speaking Russian with no subtitles though, so...
