Little anon returning to thank you about spreading the Fam artbook and calendar, and to confirm that yes, genetic manipulation was always par for the course in the Guild, including on Prester. IIRC, one of the mentions can be found in Cicada's profile in the Chronicle artbook, with a specific quote referring to Delphine calling him Lucciola's brother because they were created from the same genetic base.

By the way, if no raw providers volunteer for the manga, how about teaming up? I'd be quite willing to help pay for Sunadokei no Tabibito, but I can't scan it, so buying for myself would be useless. You, however, can scan. So if you have a Paypal account and nobody else shows up, I could help with the funding, if that's needed.

No problem about the scans! I just wish I had money to buy the monthly magazines too-- though I am crossing my fingers for a compilation of all of the anime artwork at some point since that tends to happen (I HOPE IT HAPPENS). But artbook wise yessss I can't wait for the next Filegraphy to come out.

Also man I'm eyeballing the scans I have of the Chronicle artbook now-- were they translated somewhere? Searching around is failing me and Cicada aside I am sorely tempted to try ghettoTLing some of this stuff. Cicada's profile there alone is longer than all of his profiles on every other website/fansource combined. Which is waaah all of this info. 4 pages of Dio stuff plus the profiles. ;3;... oh God I am going to take weeks doing this if I actually am crazy enough to do this (I AM).

And oooh. THAT IS A TEMPTING OFFER. The next NACE doesn't come out until the 10th, I'll drop the scanlators a line around then to see if they found anybody, since I had contacted them the first time they needed a provider with a tentative interest. And they did have the newest magazine when I went to Kino a couple of weeks ago (they hadn't before but they offer to get in magazines for you if you ask). I don't remember Chronicle being translated anywhere. I had to ghetto read the profiles with dictionaries on my knees when the artbook came out, and I gave up on reading most the rest. I'm not good enough with kana. I remember the part in Cicada's profile precisely because it was so long and I wondered why. It's the first part I tried to read and then oh what is that kanji WAIT GENETICS WHAT.

Well that's it then, count me in on helping finance raws if nobody else volunteers. I want to read this manga. IT HAS GUILD THINGS IN IT AND I'M A HOPELESS GUILD FAN.

I've actually found some ways to semi-quickly transcribe and ghettoTL things-- like legit just today after your comment because I went to look at stuff. So with the quick stuff I am getting from this already, I'm probably going to be making another post soon since some of this stuff about Dio's past looks potentially fascinating. Also I will see wtf it says in Cicada's profile because now I must know. I NOW HAVE FUN ACTIVITIES TO DO TODAY. That will hopefully give us more cool info. ;o; This seriesssssssss

Easy ghetto translation? What is this way and where does it live, I need it to complete my existence. IIRC, Cicada's profile has the notes about uniform regulations like which color goes to which type of agent, how you join the Guild, and things. All the things. That should've been in the series.

THIS SERIES, YES. I hope the manga ends up covering the full two years between seasons. I need more Guild info. Preciouuuus. ;_;

I am using this going paragraph by paragraph with the scans and then using dictionaries and hirigana/katakana stuff online to correct the mess ups (since a few come out in the transcribe process, BUT THANKFULLY NOT MUCH). And then throwing them into every translator I can find to get an idea of what it says. (like I keep legit trying to figure out what exactly this one paragraph about Dio possibly witnessing Delphine killing Darius says lmao because IT IS KIND OF A BIG DEAL)
