Brief Summary: Flighty, cheerfully childish, somewhat spoiled and (creepily, sometimes) eccentric. His head appears to be in the clouds, and he lazes around a lot, but when needed or when something interests him, his head is full of thoughts, prodigal planning, and dedication to things and people that matter to him. Flying, fireflies, freedom, found family, birthdays, showing expressions on one's face, and sense of agency and self are the most important things to him. Especially that freedom thing, considering most of his life was controlled by a cruel, tyrannical sister who ruled the world. Due to his wonder and occasional disregard to personal space and boundaries, "weirdo" is the most common thing Dio is called by friends and soon-to-be friends alike. And he doesn't care in the least to be called as such. Sometimes that's the image he's going for.

Abilities: Enhanced speed/strength/senses. Prancy leaping abilities. Assassin-like fighting and lightsaber-like sword skills. Knows mechanics (related to his world, but a good learner). SUPER GOOD PILOT!
